Hu Jun is an associate professor at the Academy of Fine Arts, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, Visiting Scholar at the China Academy of Art, Senior Visiting Scholar at Queens College, City University of New York, Expert Advisor and Visiting Professor at the National Ceramic Industry Design Research Institute and the Institute of Innovative Development of Dehua Ceramic Industry. He has participated in several exhibitions at home and abroad, and held a solo exhibition of modern ceramics at the Queens College Museum of Art, City University of New York, USA in 2018. In 2022, his ceramic works "Quiet Observation", "Prose Poem" were collected by Jiangxi Museum, "Ascension", "Imprint" were collected by Queens College Art Museum of City University of New York in the United States, and "Smoky Daily Life" were collected by Jingdezhen Ceramic University Art Museum.
